YOUR SUNDIAL BEACH HOME
Sundial Beach and Tennis Resort is a large multi-building condominium complex with over 400 one, two or three bedroom units available to rent. Some of the two bedroom units have a den which can be used as a third bedroom. The resort is centrally located on Middle Gulf Drive, so is close to everything. It is directly on almost one mile of a beautiful, white sand beach, one of many beaches on Sanibel, where you can swim, sun, collect lovely shells or just enjoy the beauty and quiet murmur of the surf.
About half of the rental units are rented through the Sundial Hotel and half through rental companies such as Gopher Enterprises. Rental companies allow you to select your own unit whenever you make arrangements while the hotel operates as a hotel – you’re assigned your unit when you check-in. The rentals through private companies are generally 30%-40% lower than those rented through the hotel. Your vacation at Sundial will be a special time. There are many things to do that take you to that wonderful state of island relaxation. There are 4 heated gulf-side pools, BBQ grills, laundry facilities, shuffleboard courts and wireless internet. There are also restaurants and shops for your convenience.
